Series Statement
Since 2023, I’ve been reimagining Aritzia shopping bags through my signature slopefields aesthetic — an expressive visualization of differential equations. Each bag is cut into small squares or rectangles and rearranged in slopefield form, preserving their original order so the underlying image still lingers beneath the pattern. I love working with these bags because their pre-selected images and rich color palettes bring an unexpected, almost collaborative voice into my process.
